We just ate at the resto and didn't stay. The gardens were nice too. The dos rios pizza was great, definitely get it. The garlic bass was great as well.

The fish was exceptionally fresh and tasty, but the restaurant service was painfully slow. Nobody came to the table unless we called. After waiting 15 minutes, a waiter finally sauntered over to take our order, and dinner arrived an hour and 7 minutes later. Even simple desserts, ice cream and flan, took 35 minutes. The front desk lady, on the other hand, was very nice, helpful, and respectful. Service just doesn't seem to be in the restaurant's dictionary.

The rooms were clean, but tiny, with no chairs. There was no coffee or tea kit and no hot water kettle, and the Wi-Fi didn't work properly. Restaurant service was so slow it really tested my patience.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but stopped in for coffee and ended up trying the most amazing cheesecake and flan. Our server was incredibly helpful. We loved the hotel and restaurant, and will definitely return to stay.

A beautiful place with excellent service. The Food and Beverage service MGR was outstanding. I'd highly recommend this hotel.
