Getting the receipt took another request at the end, since the waiter forgot or didn’t understand when I first asked. We also waited an extremely long time for the food, and the sausages tasted sour. The waiter couldn’t understand simple English and still got our order wrong after we repeated it in Spanish.

The meal was delicious, and the service was great. I came with our guide Juan Carlos from Salkantay Trekking and Expeditions, and had the best Pisco Sour I’ve tasted since arriving in Peru. Worth stopping by!

We did get the bill corrected, but there was no apology. The service was rude, and our iced coffee, which cost 15 soles, had been entered as 25 soles. We spotted it on the receipt. The waitress was defensive at first, then realized she’d entered it as Irish coffee, even though the receipt said iced coffee.

The food wasn’t worth it at all, and the sausage was sour. Service was bad, with a very long wait. The waiters couldn’t understand even simple English, like “one, two, three,” and gave us the wrong food despite repeating our order.
