We had an easy check-in and check-out, and the room was clean, with hot water. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor from around 4:30 or 5, and you can hear it on the fifth floor. There was also construction nearby. Checkout is at 9, and they can hold your luggage, though I found the train station storage easier. Fine for a night or two. If it's your first time coming, ask for directions before you arrive. Google Maps will show the place, but it's tucked away and easier to find with someone guiding you. Artists were working on a stone sculpture by the staircase, and their tarp partly covered and hid the stairs.

The Wi-Fi is poor, and most of the windows face the inside of the hotel. Still, it's decent enough. I guess affordable, good hotels are hard to find in Agua Calientes, so don't expect anything special.
