The staff were friendly and attentive, and we found the bed cozy and supportive. The bathroom is showing its age, although the shower pressure was excellent. Breakfast starts at 4:30 a.m., but there's not much choice. It's right at the end of the road, with all the buses to Machu Picchu passing by. We could hear the river, but it didn't really bother us. For the money, it didn't feel like very good value.

It’s a handy spot for a one-night stop, close to both the train and bus stations, with a lovely river view. Breakfast was nice before a day hiking around Machu Picchu. The room was too small for a longer stay, though. I also wish there had been water for refilling bottles, and the bed only had two thin pillows.

We were on the top floor in November and thought it was great value. Breakfast was especially good. From the room we had river views, and everything was walkable. It’s across from a little park and far enough from the noise. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The early continental breakfast, starting at 4:30 a.m., was handy for getting to the early Machu Picchu slots. The place is also close to the bus station, where you can buy tickets for the ride up. We could walk easily to the train station, main markets, and restaurants, while being tucked away from much of the foot traffic noise. Our room was clean and cozy, with a good-sized bathroom and a little balcony overlooking the river. A lovely little spot, highly recommend it.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they held my luggage for half a day while I went sightseeing. I loved the mountain view, 24/7 hot water, reliable Wi-Fi, and included breakfast. There was even a kettle and tea in the room. The bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. After staying in different places around Peru, this was one of my favorite hotels. I'd absolutely recommend it and stay again next time I'm in Aguas Calientes.
