Everything else went smoothly: the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The one snag was that breakfast wasn’t ready to take away at the time we’d agreed on.

If you’re fine with doors slamming all day, electronic music blaring from other rooms all night, and nonstop street noise, this may suit you. My room smelled of mildew, the bathroom had a disgusting sewer odor, the sink tap barely had hot water, and the shower only dripped. There were no toiletries, and breakfast was miserable. I’m giving one star because I can’t give zero. If that sounds unpleasant, stay away.
The lobby doesn’t make much of an impression, and there’s no elevator, but the rooms are great. They’re spacious, with comfortable, clean beds, and breakfast is a full hot meal. They also have hostel rooms.
The bed was nice, the service friendly, and breakfast okay. After a lovely day at Machu Picchu, I was sweating like hell and asked for a little shampoo. They wouldn’t give me any and told me to buy it myself. So bring your own shampoo.
The bathroom floor was broken, the place was dirty, and the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. Breakfast was poor, and the staff were unfriendly. One man in particular said some homophobic things. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
