The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Excellent wifi, too. What more do you need?!

We arrived to find no towels or toilet paper in the room, and there was no access to streaming services. It would help to explain clearly on arrival what services are included and to be more attentive. Fixing these details would make the stay more pleasant.

I had a poor experience and won't come back or recommend the hotel. The staff were very inattentive, especially the woman working mornings, who seemed completely unmotivated. They need to improve.
