Friendly staff did their best to deal with problems when we mentioned them, and I appreciated that. The location was convenient too, about a 5-minute walk from the Mirador de Yanahuara. The hotel has useful features for the affordable price, including a pool, hot water, Wi-Fi, a hot tub, and breakfast, or a lunch box for early tours. But upkeep and cleaning were lacking. The furniture is dated, the shower curtain rod was loose and kept falling, and the piano in the hallway was out of tune with several stuck keys. Our room wasn't properly cleaned: the sheets were stained, there were stray hairs, probably from the cats roaming the hallways, and a bug stayed on the ceiling the whole time.

The view of Misti is great, and the hotel is close to the center. The staff were really friendly too.

The room was spacious, Wi-Fi was fast, and breakfast was included. The city center is a bit of a walk, around 20 minutes.

The rooms are very basic.
