The house is pretty, clean, and full of nice details. The rooms are roomy and warm, with soft beds, good pillows, and clean sheets. The staff are really friendly and always willing to help. It’s affordable, even though it’s a few blocks from the main square and sights like Santa Catalina monastery and San Francisco. There are also nice restaurants and great coffee shops close by. I recommend staying here.

8/10
The room was large and clean, with three beds and a nice bathroom. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the location is very central, with bars, restaurants and most Arequipa sights within walking distance. The two windows, one facing the street and one the reception, made the room noisy. Breakfast was very basic and not very generous. Parking costs extra, but there's a lot just around the corner that charges about 15-20 soles per day.

My room had a high ceiling and plenty of space. The bathroom was shared with three other rooms, but it was very clean and the hotel cleaned it often. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was great value.

We had to head out this morning before breakfast started, so the staff packed us a little lunch. That was a really nice touch. The place is very central, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were lovely. I'd definitely recommend it.

The rustic feel and friendly staff made a good first impression of Arequipa. It’s a lovely hotel in the town center, with the city center just minutes away and around 10 tour agencies nearby. A romantic stay seems possible, especially if you pick a room in the courtyard.
