Elizabeth, the manager, was so nice and helped us with everything. The casona is an old but pleasant house, close to the plaza, shops, and restaurants.

It was quiet, clean and spacious, and I slept really well. Everyone was very friendly and ready to help. A 10 out of 10 experience, I recommend it 200%!

Close to the main square, with cozy, pleasant rooms. A good choice for a stay in Arequipa.

I booked months ahead, but a week and a half before my stay, the hotel canceled without contacting me. I just got an email saying the reservation had been canceled as requested. When they eventually called, they said demand was high and offered me a much more expensive room. They left me without accommodation despite my booking well in advance. It felt like they canceled so they could take advantage of demand for an event. They should be upfront about prices and shouldn't cancel bookings while leaving customers in the lurch. Terrible service.
