Yeny was ready to help from the moment I arrived in the city, so make sure you get in touch with her. The hotel also has both hot and cold water. For tours, it’s handy that they often pass along the main avenue, just one block away, and can pick you up there so you don’t have to go back into town. The place is a good option if you want to relax, get away from the city bustle, and enjoy the view. I’d definitely come back.

We were two families travelling together, and everyone in my family was really happy with the stay. The people were so helpful and welcoming that they made any shortcomings fade into the background. The best part of visiting places in Peru is often the people, and this was another example. Definitely recommend it. Mrs. Yenny’s strawberry jam deserves a special mention, it was absolutely delicious.

That view was spectacular. Each morning I opened the curtains and saw the snow-covered mountain, and the hotel was so peaceful that we could switch off from everything. Breakfast was delicious, too. We felt very comfortable and would definitely return. 🙌

We ended up extending our stay because the owners were so welcoming and made us feel at home. Breakfast was another highlight: the hostess made everything herself, and you could tell from the quality. From the spacious terrace we spent many evenings enjoying the breathtaking view. Waking up to the snow-capped mountains and sacred peaks was awe-inspiring. The services all worked very well, and the hotel is about an 8-minute taxi ride from the city center. There are also trails nearby, including routes through a eucalyptus forest and along the Santa River. We’d gladly recommend the hotel and hope to return on our next vacation.
