There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious and lovely, and the front desk team were friendly and helpful. They kindly stored our luggage for a week while we visited Machu Picchu.

After a stressful day, coming back to this peaceful place was always a pleasure. Our room was comfortable and very well maintained, and the staff were both professional and genuinely friendly. Ruinas in Cusco feels like an institution thanks to its long history, rather than just somewhere to sleep, which is something that's becoming rare. We had a very good stay. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really tasty, with lots of choices like yogurt, granola, fresh fruit and juice, pancakes, and eggs. The location is amazing. Absolutely recommend!

After a bad experience elsewhere, this hotel made room for us at the last minute and was so accommodating. The staff were friendly and spoke English. We got a great room with a cute balcony for a great price, just five minutes from the central square.

There are several room types. When we got back from Kachu Pichu, they gave us a large room with a balcony. Really good.
