The staff were super helpful and friendly with us, and the view was great. It’s 10-15 minutes from all the good spots. The room was very cold, but a good comforter can help with that. I’ve seen all the terrible reviews, but for the price we paid, I feel pretty good about our choice.

Just avoid this place. We found lots of hairs on the bed, and the room was freezing. The heater was noisy and barely worked. There was no hot water when we arrived. After we asked staff, the water was mildly warm, but if you’re already cold, it just makes you feel colder, which is likely in that room. The staff don’t speak English, though that was the least of my problems, even as someone who doesn’t speak Spanish. This place doesn’t meet basic hotel standards for cleanliness, warmth, or hot water.

It was incredibly cold, and the tiny AC didn’t work at all. The place is old and not clean, and we found lots of hairs on the bed. The staff don’t speak English. We stayed in a suite that I think was meant to feel nice and luxurious, but everything looked so cheap. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The bed and the two staff members were the only decent parts of this stay. The location was terrible, and for some reason they kept an empty room with all its things out in the main hall throughout our visit. There was no hot water. They told us on the first night that a technician would come the next day, but nobody came until the fourth day, just as we were checking out. I went four days without bathing, and I’m traumatized by the experience. Breakfast was terrible and had very little variety. I would not advise anyone to come here. The neighborhood also felt very insecure, and the whole place seemed shady. After I complained to Airbnb, the owner changed the listing’s hot water amenity from “there is hot water” to “there is NO hot water.” When I tried to make a formal complaint at the hotel, there was no way to do it. Worst experience ever.
