We were tired, so we had no choice but to stay the first night. The following day, we left without even having breakfast because we really didn’t like the place. Online it looked good and the prices seemed reasonable, but when we arrived the hotel was filthy. Dust covered the doors, windows, and curtains. I’d never return. It’s a shame and disgrace that they don’t keep it clean.

The windows leaked, there was no heat and no hot water. They charged us 10% of the VAT, and lunch was stale bread, among other things.
