We had a great view of the mountains from the pretty courtyard, and the hotel is ideally placed among the small streets. The staff were friendly and helpful. At breakfast, the ladies make eggs to order, and there are crusty rolls, cereal, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt, and cake. The rolls were the best we had on our whole holiday. Both our rooms and the bathroom were spacious. One room had a lovely upstairs sitting area, and the shower had strong pressure. The beds were too firm.

The staff were incredibly kind and the service was the best. When I got sick during part of my stay, I felt safe and really well looked after. The hotel was reasonably priced, with clean, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast every morning. Having a 24/7 front desk was clutch. I also loved the complimentary tea and water, the mountain views, and how central it was for getting around Cusco. Thank you Amura Inca! I’ll be back!

I was amazed by all the woodwork inside and out. The hotel embraces the old architecture while still feeling open and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, often with natural light, and the breakfast has all the essentials. Reception is welcoming, and they’ll keep your keys safe or offer advice if you need help. It’s a perfect location, just a 5 min walk from the main plaza, restaurants, and shops.

The hotel is beautifully designed and well kept, with stunning hardwood floors and gardens. It’s centrally located but still quiet. The staff were really friendly and helped us arrange tours around the Cusco region. I’d highly recommend staying here.
