A dump! Whatever you do, don't take a taxi that drops you there at 2 in the morning.

Awful experience. I only used the hotel for two hours, but they charged me for 24, and I didn't complain about that. When I raised an issue about a towel, they told me I had to bring it myself. The rooms are half-finished, the service is terrible, and the reception staff were incredibly rude. They should hire someone who actually wants to work.

I booked here because it was Perumin week, everywhere was full, and I had no other choice. It did the job as a place to sleep, and it was fairly close to the Plaza de Armas. The area is very noisy, and the room shook whenever a bus went past, but I still managed to rest.

The space is really nice and relaxing, and the service was very pleasant.
