There’s parking, and the price is good for this area. The rooms have everything you need, though they’re small. A decent place to spend the night if you’re traveling farther north.

I’ve stayed here whenever I visit Piura since 2007, and the service has been excellent every time. It’s close to the commercial area near UDEP (University of Piura). A double room costs 130 soles and comes with breakfast, and there’s a dining room for dinner too. I highly recommend it. 👍🏻👍🏻

The room didn’t work for me: the bathroom didn’t look very clean, and the mattress was already misshapen. I wanted private parking, but there isn’t any. You can leave your vehicle in a space outside the hotel; there’s a security guard in a booth a few meters away, and the area is quiet. The sign said English breakfast, but what we got was continental. They did give us extra milk and cheese. It’s acceptable if you’re looking for an affordable place.
