We liked the terrace and its view, and the location was convenient. But street noise carried into the room at night, and we could hear everything outside. The owner insisted we pay to have a towel cleaned after it got fruit stains on it. I've never had that happen before. He also raised his voice about the noise, which made the stay unpleasant.

The staff were very helpful, including offering to hold our luggage. Breakfast was fresh, though the portions weren't large. Our room was clean and had a safe, a hair dryer, and a small heater for winter. Just be aware the hotel is on a noisy street.

The views were stunning, and the location was great. Staff kept finding ways to make us more comfortable during our stay. I'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa.

The breakfast was nice, and the hotel itself was very good. Rooms were clean, had all the amenities, and the bathroom was modern. I would've liked a full-length mirror in the bedroom instead of having to use the one in the washroom. My room faced the road, and a couple of people were partying until 1am, so getting to sleep was hard.
