Street noise was a major problem. There was nothing to block out the constant honking and heavy traffic, day and night, and it felt like standing beside the road. It was hard to fall asleep. The room also had no air conditioning, making it uncomfortable in warmer hours, and its shower wasn’t working properly. The rooms are small, outdated, and poorly maintained, with basically no amenities. Hotel D’Carlo Class looked nothing like its online photos, and the disappointing stay didn’t meet our expectations when booking. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The city and mountain views from the top floor outdoor patio are lovely, and breakfast there was nice. Rooms were clean, the hot showers were great, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Great value, definitely recommend staying here in Arequepa Peru!

The rooftop view was lovely, and the room was spacious, clean, and modern. It took about 10 minutes to walk to Plaza de Armas, and being a little farther from the square made nights quieter. I never felt unsafe around there. For the price, I’d recommend it without hesitation.

The room and hotel looked beautiful, and the staff were very nice. But our street-facing windows did almost nothing to block the noise, so it felt like we were right beside the road. Horns made it terribly loud during the day and even at night. Sleeping without earplugs would have been completely impossible.

Very good value for the money, and it’s not far from the main part of town. The staff were excellent, and the bed was so comfortable.
