The rooms were clean and well cared for, and the employees gave lovely service. Breakfast on the top floor was tasty, with an amazing view over the city and surrounding mountains. A warning for anyone allergic to house dust mites: the rooms have down blankets. Even after they replaced mine with a wool one, my allergy flared up and I slept badly.

Breakfast on one of the terraces is worth having, with views of the volcano and city. The hotel is only minutes from the city center, and the rooms are clean. The staff are friendly and family-run. They can also arrange regional and city tours, tickets, and other services.
