Having breakfast outside was a lovely part of my stay. The hotel sits right in the middle of Arequipa, by the Plaza de las armas, and I really enjoyed being there.

Sightseeing was easy from this very central spot. But my room wasn’t ready at check-in, and it didn’t match what had been advertised.

The staff were helpful, and breakfast came with a view of Plaza des Armas. My room was compact, but modern and clean, with a good shower. Being right on Arequipa’s central plaza is great, though there’s a bit of city noise. I’d recommend it.

There are old monasteries close by, and you can join a free tour. The building itself has lovely colonial architecture.

That balcony view over Arequipa’s main square is stunning enough to make you forget the small room and bathroom. You can also have breakfast looking out over the square. The receptionist was really friendly, and the reception area is lovely. There is noise from other rooms, though, and having to knock to get in when coming back at night is inconvenient.
