A really nice hostel for unwinding and enjoying the city. If you want some space to yourself, without having to keep telling fellow travelers your life story, this is a good spot. Private rooms cost $8.

The guesthouse is basic, but the rooms are incredibly cheap. It's right across from the ste catherine monastery, and the rooftop has a tremendous view in the morning.

I spent two months here and found the location excellent. Raul, Lisbeth, Hector, Rosa, and Cesar were all kind and welcoming. Hope I can come back soon.
