Ramirez House

The Wi-Fi worked really well, and we loved the animals and the close-knit, social family running the place. There’s also plenty of secure parking. Though it’s a bit outside the center, that wasn’t an issue for us: the bus stop is a couple of blocks away, the ride costs 1 sol, and it drops you a block from Santa Catalina Monastery. We found the breakfast delicious and varied, the room warm, and the shower perfect. One of the best hostels we’ve stayed in in Peru, and a great place to relax. The room was spacious and clean, and so were the bathrooms. Breakfast was very good, and the Ramirez family were really kind. Great stay!

The area was quiet, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The facilities were clean and in very good condition, with hot and cold water, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. I recommend it.

There are markets and a pharmacy close by, and the place itself is spacious and comfortable. You can use the kitchen, and they help visitors find their way around, including explaining transport options. It really feels like a home away from home, and everything is very clean.
