Way Kap Hostel Arequipa

The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Carlos, who makes sure everyone has a good time. His free walking tour felt like a friend showing me around their hometown. The included buffet breakfast is good, and the shared kitchen is well equipped. After reopening following renovations, the hostel already feels cozy and very quiet, even though some rooms are still being worked on. The spacious rooms have large lockers, the curtained beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are very clean, with shower gel and hairdryers provided.

Everything went well. The beds, bathrooms, and toilets were spacious and clean. It’s an easy walk to the main square. Thanks for everything, I’d happily recommend it.

I stayed at three hostels in Arequipa, and this one went beyond what I expected. It’s easy to meet other travelers in the inviting common areas, and the rooms are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the buffet breakfast is included. The bathrooms are newly renovated and beautiful, with plenty of sinks, mirrors, toilets, and showers. Shower pressure is 10/10. What made the hostel for me was the staff. Thank you, Carlos and everyone else, for being so kind and welcoming. Every interaction felt genuine. I loved my stay.

It’s a chill, quiet hostel, though there’s still a chance to socialize if you want. The breakfast was delicious, and the beds were super comfortable with lots of privacy. The showers are the best, with amazing pressure and hot water right away.
