The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were very friendly. I especially appreciated the complimentary wine. Great service, and I'll be back. Highly recommend it.

4/10
The rooms and the hotel were very clean, but the service was disappointing. The young man at reception was cold and never smiled, then charged me 20 soles at checkout for a dirty towel. Towels are bound to get dirty when they're used, so that charge surprised me. It felt like the hotel was trying to get every last sole from tourists. I hope he gets training in being more welcoming and friendly if he wants to keep his job.
