The service was terrible. The room smelled unpleasant and hadn’t been cleaned. It was also missing some of the basic amenities listed on the hotel website.

The garage is secure and spacious enough for any vehicle, and the location is great, very close to Plaza Baños del Inca. The rooms are comfortable and the customer service is excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

There’s a shared room where you can sit and have tea, which makes this a nice family place. The rooms are nice too, with a TV and bedside table. Some are a bit cramped, but acceptable for the price.

Everything else was fine, and the place was nice and clean. They offer parking, though I imagine it was full because I went during the national holidays. 🫶
