Nancy's service and flexibility really stood out. She checked us in at 5am and let us leave our bags while we traveled elsewhere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location works well for central Puno. Thank you!

We stayed here for a few days and loved it. Nancy is the one who keeps everything running, and she makes even small jobs feel easy. She's so lovely. Highly recommend staying here.

The best place to stay if you need parking. Seriously, BEST PLACE WITH PARKING. Nancy is the nicest host, so sweet and cooperative. It felt like home.

Nancy was extremely lovely and helped us arrange a taxi at 5am, but I can't recommend the hotel. The rest of our stay wasn't great. Even in December, the rooms were cold, and there was no hot water. We found a few hairs on the bed too. Between that and other travelers leaving in the early hours, I didn't sleep well. I'd pay more for somewhere better.

The room was nice and the location was good. Staff were really friendly and helped arrange taxis and tour pickup times. They even got the guide to pick up the others while we finished breakfast. Breakfast had more options than at other places I've stayed in Peru.
