The location is right in the center, and the rooms were clean and cozy. We arrived from our previous destination at 5am, and after we called, the staff kindly let us check in at 5:30am. Their service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve had at a hotel, with fresh fruit and hot bread. One of my favorite stays in Peru.

There aren’t many spots in the city, but this is one of the popular places for food and shopping.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel was excellent value for money, the best we found. We stayed three nights in a central location. The hot water gave us trouble on the first night, but they moved us to a different room and everything was perfect after that.

The room was spotless and warm even with the cold outside, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were attentive the whole time. Excellent experience, 100% recommended. I'll be back soon.

The man serving breakfast was the friendliest person there. The hotel's location is unbeatable, but I was cold day and night in the single room because the heating wasn't very good. The water wasn't very hot, which you'd expect to be better in a place that's usually cold. My hairdryer didn't work, and neither did the extension cord they gave me. They need to improve the service.
