The service was very good, and this feels like a great place to begin a visit to Puno. From the third floor, the view over Lake Titicaca is incredible, especially at sunrise. There’s plenty of space and the furniture you need, though the decor could use some work. More comfortable armchairs would also help for anyone waiting before or after tours, particularly after a long trip.

The people were so warm and welcoming, and the dancers were beautiful. I could see Lake Titicaca through the window. It happened to be a full moon when I visited, which made the view incredible.
