The manager was very friendly, and the beds were good. WiFi worked, and once the water came back, the shower was hot. But on our first day there was no water at all, not in the shower or the toilet. The price the girl at the desk gave us was wrong, and we ended up paying double. The place is poorly built and decorated in a silly attempt at a certain look. I usually camp in a tent instead of staying in hotels, and this felt like a joke. I know it's Peru, but the prices are overrated and the service was poor.

The WiFi was decent, but the place was noisy all the time. The shower water was cold, so I came out colder than I went in. Even the water from the tap at breakfast was only nearly warm, not enough for tea.

It's an okay place, with a very small, semi-private bathroom. The people were nice, and they offered us a good deal on the Uros island tour.

The owner gave us an impeccable welcome and was both friendly and helpful. Our double room with a private bathroom was nice, though small, and had only a bed and bedside table. Heating costs extra, with an electric heater available if you ask. Breakfast is currently served in a room on the fourth floor; once renovations finish, it will probably move to the ground floor. The kitchen isn't open for guest use right now. The reception area felt a bit chaotic, with tables, kitchen utensils, and old video games around.

There wasn't room even for a backpack in the bedroom, which was crammed with beds. There were no shelves, hooks, or wardrobe either. You get locked out after 11 pm, and food and drinks aren't allowed in the room. Smoking and alcohol are prohibited, and the WiFi was unreliable. Breakfast cost 7 soles. It was meager but acceptable. Fine for one night, but I wouldn't stay longer.
