When you arrive, they make you feel like part of the family. The place offers full service, and they can arrange tours for the trip of your dreams, including Cusco, Puno and Bolivia. The service was impeccable. I recommend it 100%.

It's a basic, simple place aimed at backpackers. The room was small and suited to spending the night, and the facilities were just okay. Breakfast was okay too, and the staff were nice.

Good value. I booked a dorm but got a private room with my own bathroom for 25 soles. The Wi-Fi wasn't very reliable, especially in the room.
