They looked after our bags overnight while we went on a homestay excursion to Lake Titicaca. We woke up late for it, and the staff quickly helped us get breakfast and store our things, then let us pay when we returned. After checkout they also let us wait in the lobby, use the toilet and WiFi, and sit there free of charge until our bus to Cusco. Earlier, when the altitude was making me feel off, they made us Coca Tea. Our room was comfortable, the welcome was lovely, and the WiFi was great. It was chilly at night, but they promptly brought a portable heater and an extra wool blanket, so we slept comfortably. We were also delighted to have a hot shower. They handled every need efficiently and kindly. Excellent service.

They were happy to keep our bags overnight while we went elsewhere. The room was clean and comfortable, though it had a strange, unpleasant smell when we first walked in. Opening the windows and door seemed to clear it. Breakfast was reasonable. The young man at reception didn't say much.

For the price, this hostel did what we needed, and the staff were fantastic and very helpful. The rooms are really small, though, and the bathrooms aren't great. My shower had barely any pressure, and the tiny drain was blocked completely. There was still water pooled at the bottom two hours later.

Gonzallo, the host, is kind and helpful, and you can arrange day tours through the hostel. It's very close to the town center, with large rooms. Breakfast had a great spread, including cheese, eggs, ham, pancakes, and more. The bathroom hot water gets really hot. One of the best hostels I've stayed in in Peru.

We only stayed one night because of our Bolivia Hop Tour, but this was the best place we'd stayed at after all the other hostels and hotels. They gave us a double room for a good price, and it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, and there was free WiFi throughout the hostel. Breakfast was included and much better than at other hostels, with plenty of tasty choices. If we return to Puno, we'll stay here again. Muchas gracias, Bera y Johames.
