The rooms were nice and there was plenty of hot water. What made this my favorite stay in south America, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind and eager to help, and really went out of their way for us.

The rooms are comfortable and the price is really good. At Margarita hotel, the owner was lovely, caring, and amazing at arranging things for us.

We came into puno on the night bus and had booked a dorm, but they gave us a private room. The hostess was the sweetest we met on our trip. After we slept through breakfast, she made some just for us and helped us book trips around the city.
