Our group got the dates mixed up, and the staff sorted it out for us right away. Then our bus was canceled, so they let us stay an extra night. After checkout, they offered us a place to wait and some tea, and kept our things while we were out. I loved all the staff here. They were so kind and accommodating, and I'd recommend the hotel to anyone.

The staff were super friendly and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was included, fresh, and filling. I asked for a quiet room and they put me at the back, away from the street. Very good value. Recommended!

The staff were so considerate and polite, and the hotel was spotless and peaceful at night. My family and I stayed one night while visiting Puno, and the beds were really comfortable. The showers had warm water, and the heat lamps were a welcome extra in that weather. I’d happily come back and recommend Hotel Tierra y Lago to anyone visiting Puno.

The free breakfast was a nice perk, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. It’s a decent place to stay, though there was some noise both inside and outside the building, and the WiFi dropped out now and then.
