We heard street noise, and being opposite the lift and just below the dining room meant plenty of indoor traffic too. Even so, our two-night stay was very good. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, and the shower and bathtub had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was a very good buffet. It's a wonderful old-style hotel, with a central staircase and lots of character, in a superb location.

The dinner restaurant was extraordinary, and the breakfast was decent. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's a great place to stay and probably one of the best spots in town. For a 3 star hotel, it looked really good in the town setting. I'd gladly come back and can highly recommend it.

I got stuck outside at night and didn't have time to find another hotel. The location is great, and so is the staff, but I won't be back. There was no heating in the room, and the furniture, carpet, and bathtub were old. They also charge 10 sol for a small cup from the coffee machine in the lobby, which I thought was ridiculous.

Breakfast on the upper terrace was tasty, with a large selection, which isn't always the case in Peru. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom had a real bathtub. The hotel is in central Puno, close to the main square, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Our room was huge, with a King bed, and the bathroom was large too. The bed and bathroom linens were great, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and the staff were super helpful. Breakfast had lots of choice. The property is just steps from the main plaza, with lots of restaurants nearby and the lake within walking distance. We were in a room on the main road, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. I slept well with good ones.
