Breakfast was a mess when I came down about half an hour before it ended. A lot of people had already eaten, but none of the tables had been cleaned. The tea and coffee area was covered in empty packets, with sugar and milk spilled around, and there was nothing left to eat. It starts and ends early, too. The staff were wearing jackets because the room was so cold. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Our first room was cold, had no hot water, no towels, and a window that wouldn’t close. We told the staff and they moved us to another room. There was a bathroom sign asking guests to leave towels on the floor if they wanted them washed and hang them up to save water. Fair enough, but then they shouldn’t make you run the shower for 10 minutes before the hot water comes through.

The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the amenities were great for the price. WiFi in the rooms was extremely unreliable, though, so I had to use the internet in the common areas.

The staff were kind and it’s a good place, but it could use some renovation.

The staff made us feel very welcome and were attentive throughout our stay at Hotel Sillustani. The room was comfortable and really spacious. Thanks to Fermín, Melania, and Oscar for being so warm and professional.

The location is central but quiet, and the room, service, and breakfast were all great. For the price, this hotel is definitely worth it.
