The rooms were great for the fair price, and the location was great too. The staff were lovely, and they even offered to pack us a lunch for our early departure. 😊👍 Highly recommend it.

I’m certain I left my expensive headphones on the bed when I checked out. I realized soon afterward, but I was on a tour and couldn’t return until the next day. When I came back in person, I was told nobody had found them. Leaving them behind was my mistake, and I accept that. Still, I expected housekeeping to turn in something valuable and easy to identify, so it could be kept safe and returned. That didn’t happen, and I don’t find the hotel’s claim believable. It’s upsetting that there seems to be no process for securing lost items. This has made me question the staff’s integrity or the hotel’s lost property policies. Guests trust hotels with more than a place to sleep. This experience has completely damaged that trust for me. Be extra careful with your things here, and triple-check the room before leaving. If you forget something, it may be gone for good. I hope the hotel improves its safeguards for guests’ belongings. I won’t return, and I suggest others proceed with caution.

Our friends had stayed here the week before us and recommended it. We were offered a fair rate of 50 soles for one night, with breakfast included. The staff were really nice, and I appreciated that they offered coca tea all day. The room was clean and warm, the shower water was fairly warm, and the internet worked well. Breakfast was very abundant. I’d stay here again.

Peru Hop includes it on its pickup and drop-off list, which makes the location convenient. The WiFi signal and bathroom facilities could use improvement.
