We had to be out of the room at 7 a.m. because the night receptionist had given us a 5 soles discount, and the receptionist made us get up for it. Terrible customer service. I'm a tourist and won't come back to this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay, and the beds were comfortable. The place is welcoming, affordable, and right in the city center, easy to get to from anywhere. There are different room options and prices to fit your budget, plus hot water all day, cable TV, and, best of all, internet. Five stars from me.

For four nights in a row, people were loud and played music until 5 AM. Really bad experience.
