The owner was so kind that they even packed us a really good breakfast and water for our 6 a.m. bus. They went above and beyond throughout our stay, and all the little touches made for some of the best nights of our trip. Our room had a heater, the shower was great and hot, and it was quiet despite being steps from the main square. The hairdryer was the best we had on the trip, and breakfast had lots of fresh fruit and fresh juice. Absolutely the best, I’d recommend staying here 100%.

The receptionist was the friendliest, most helpful person I’ve ever met. Breakfast was huge, with eggs, fresh fruit, avocado and plenty more. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot, and the rooms had heating and were very quiet. Great location and good value too. I absolutely recommend it.

The staff were very hospitable and helpful, and someone was always at the front desk. They also had altitude sickness herbs and tea at reception. My room had a heater, lots of blankets, a good mattress and a warm shower. There was plenty to eat at breakfast, including fruit. Really nice hotel in a great location.

The staff were excellent. When the wifi was acting up, they figured it out and got it working for everyone, though it worked best in the foyer. Downstairs there was tea and a welcoming spot where people could gather, and we did. Breakfast next door at Delirium was lovely. Laundry cost around 10 soles and came back clean and dry. My bed was between a single and a double in size, with lots of blankets, plus a safe and extra pillows and blankets. The TV was good, but I couldn't understand any of the channels. The shower was basic and took a while to get hot. The hotel was wheelchair and kid friendly, but parking wasn't good.

We had a huge room and a fantastic breakfast for a very reasonable price in this beautiful old hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It's handy for Plaza De Armas and the good restaurants and shops along Lima St. I couldn't recommend it enough for a visit to Punp.
