The rooms were comfortable and had what we needed to sleep well, and breakfast was complete. Delia gave exceptional attention, as did the rest of the staff. It was a great place to stay and enjoy Puno. I'd definitely come back, and recommend it! 👍

The front desk lady was nice, and the gentleman who showed me to my room was too. Customer service was good, but the stay itself was rough. The neighborhood didn't feel safe, there was no heat, and the room stayed cold all night. Hot water took 20 minutes to come through, the toilet wouldn't flush, and there was only one towel and no shower curtain. The light stand was broken. It's an old, dark hotel with no air-conditioning. I wouldn't pay even $10 a night for it. There are lots of better hotels nearby, so find a room elsewhere.

From here, we could walk to the city center, port, and market. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help us find places to eat, visit, or get around. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Excellent hotel, and I recommend it.
