The staff were friendly and clearly cared about their guests, and the service was exceptional. It has a welcoming, homey feel. They also offer laundry service and have a lovely little quiet friend. If I come back to Puno, I know where I'll stay.

The lighting and ventilation are poor, which could encourage mold and microorganisms. The TVs are tiny and the signal is bad. They advertise free hot drinks, but don't actually give them to you.
