Thanks for the good service! I’d suggest changing the music around the pool and sauna to something better suited to a hotel. Soft lounge music would make that area more inviting.

The food was good, and the staff were fantastic. The location on the square is the best, and everything was very clean, including the rooms. Even as part of a chain, it had a boutique feel. I’d definitely stay again. I didn't give it 5 because I almost never do.

Having Paprika right in the hotel was a real bonus. The food and service were so good that we ate there several times, and it was wonderfully convenient to have it just steps away. If you're staying here, you absolutely must try it. The hotel itself combines colonial charm with modern comfort. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and quiet, and the indoor pool was a lovely place to unwind after sightseeing. Right on the historic, lively Plaza de Armas, it made a perfect base for exploring Cajamarca. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. Luis in the lobby gave us a particularly warm welcome and great local tips, and his approach seemed to reflect the whole team's culture. Everyone we met was professional, friendly, and clearly committed to making our stay perfect. Our stay at Hotel Costa del Sol was exceptional and set a new standard for hospitality for us.

We’ve loved our stays at this very nice hotel, and hope to return someday. The staff are excellent and accommodating, and the public space is really second to none in Cajamarca.
