After we got stranded in Chiclaylo for a few days because of flooding, finding this place felt like a real bright spot. They went out of their way to find us a room, and everything felt so fresh and clean. The rooms, beds, pillows, and atmosphere were all great. :)

It's handy for getting to restaurants, a pharmacy, and the plaza. The room is pleasant and service is good, though cleanliness is just average.

There’s a strong damp smell in the first-floor rooms. They’re divided up with prefabricated partitions, and the humidity is quite noticeable.

I loved it ❤️ The service was excellent, and the place was super clean and right in the center.

The location is good, but the place is really run down. The walls are crumbling, and the plants look parched and dusty. Bathrooms are cramped and uncomfortable, with a lot of grime between the tiles. There’s also a young man working there who is poorly dressed, unkempt, and smells bad.
