The main drawback is the busy road. A room next to it could make sleeping difficult, and the bed did make some noise, though not enough to seriously affect my sleep. The hotel itself is a gem in the heart of Chiclayo, with excellent service and cordial, helpful staff. There’s an elevator and private parking across the road. Highly recommended.

The staff made us feel welcome and were really friendly, and the welcome drink was lovely. The rooms are comfortable, the TV is great, and the location in Chiclayo is very useful.

My only real issue is that air conditioning isn’t available in every room. Some have in-room units, while others just have fans, which can be uncomfortable on especially warm days. Apart from that, it’s a very nice, clean and comfortable place, with pleasant, helpful staff, good Wi-Fi, and great hot and cold water in the shower. I can definitely recommend it.

The rooms were clean, with hot showers and clean towels, and breakfast was hot and tasty each morning: eggs, bread, juice, and coffee. What really stood out was the staff. They were lovely to talk with and could answer questions, help out, or offer recommendations. Definitely the place to stay in town.

It was extremely noisy. The staff will try their best not to take a credit card, even though they say they accept them. The view from the rooftop breakfast room is nice.
