There were no amenities ready in our room when we arrived. We had to ask for both towels and toilet paper, and they charge extra for every little thing. They call themselves a 3-star hotel, but I don't think they are.

The hotel is cheap, but they even charge extra to use a bar of soap. My key wouldn't open the door, and nobody fixed the problem. Music from a nearby nightclub was loud all night. Breakfast was very basic, with an extra charge for milk in the coffee. Bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to foreign travelers.

My room was comfortable, and I had no trouble falling asleep, though my friend had a bad night. There's a disco right across from the hotel, so be aware of that. Breakfast was included in the room price, with a choice of fruit juice, coffee, and either scrambled or fried eggs.

I wasn't happy with the employees' attitude. Customer service should be something special, and I think poor management may be behind the problem.

A hidden gem. There was a pool, a game room, and places to sit and relax with friends inside. The rooms were nice, the service was excellent, and the people were friendly.
