Lodge Viñas del Sol

The party was the worst part of our stay. We’d been told it would be “low volume,” but loud music continued until almost 6:00 AM, so neither my mother nor I could sleep. A really bad experience. The hotel is quite far from the center of Chincha, and I’d suggest finding somewhere else. Our room felt basic for the price, and the smell when we walked in wasn’t pleasant. If you have asthma, I wouldn’t recommend it. The only person who stood out for her friendliness was the woman in the kitchen. The rest of the service was disappointing.

I wouldn’t choose this for a family stay. I didn’t even get as far as using a room. The place felt small when we walked in, with the pool right by the rooms and music coming from a speaker at a very high volume. It seemed more like a venue for social events that also has rooms.

Viñas del Sol in Chincha felt much too small to me, so I wouldn’t recommend staying there. I’d suggest Casa Andina instead.

Breakfast was fine, though the price felt a little high for the level of service. The setting is nice, but it’s a bit outside the center. The rooms were okay apart from the mosquitoes. The pool is tiny, and it’s shallow too.
