The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast came with the stay, with juice, hot water, coffee, eggs and fruit. We arrived on a noisy Saturday and asked for a quieter room. The staff sorted it out without any trouble. The hostel is in a very convenient spot, and I’d happily recommend it.

On 11/04/2025, while we were out, someone took all our valuables and cash worth over $2000USD from our locked room. There was no sign of a break-in, so we think whoever did it had a key and may have worked at the hotel. With no cameras aimed at our room, the police haven't done anything. The owners helped us contact the tourist police, but that was about it. They didn't communicate with us afterward, apologize, offer compensation, or even send a follow-up message. Very disappointing.

The price was very good, and the beds were comfortable. I liked the small balcony that looked out onto the street, and the front desk staff were friendly. There was also a kitchen and dining area with plenty of tea. It's downtown, though not particularly close to the docks. Being in the city center meant it was noisy at night.

For the price, I couldn't believe how luxurious this felt. The room was lovely, with a big bed and lots of blankets that made it cozy, and even a TV. Sharing a bathroom didn't take away from the stay. Breakfast was nice, served in a cozy dining room. It's centrally located, with everything within walking distance. If you're after a comfortable place in Puno, give it a try.
