Mattias Silva was full of energy and helped us choose our breakfast, which made the meal especially enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were energetic and helpful throughout our pleasant, comfortable stay. Our room was neat, clean, and well maintained, in keeping with the Hilton brand. Hampton Inn met all the American standards we expected. We had a charming stay in Cusco, though I wouldn't recommend the same experience elsewhere in the city.

We’ll always be grateful to the staff at this hotel. A family member had a catastrophic injury in Cusco, and everyone’s compassion and hospitality helped make a difficult situation more bearable. Andrea A, Jimmy Z, Matthias, German, Wilma, and the rest of the team were genuinely kind and helpful. The new hotel was beautifully appointed, and the rooms, lobby, and breakfast were all meticulously cleaned and prepared. I can't think of anything they missed.

The food was a highlight, with a very good breakfast and an incredibly good lunch and dinner menu. Service was outstanding, and the clean, nice rooms are just a couple of blocks from Plaza de Armas. I'd stay again!

We were able to walk to the main square, and a very big grocery store was about five minutes away on foot. The hotel is in the newer Wanchaq area, close to the bus station. My room was well appointed, with clean sheets and laundry. The sky-open lobby is a nice feature, and the breakfast buffet was amazing, with good food. At reception, the staff were very friendly and offered coca tea as soon as I arrived. They even let me check in early because a room was available. I'd recommend it to anyone travelling to Cusco.

The hotel is new and the rooms still feel that way, with everything well organized. Staff were excellent and attentive. It's about 1 km from Plaza de Armas.
