Aranjuez Cusco Hotel

I appreciated how helpful the staff were with storing my luggage and arranging laundry while I took a few short trips out of Cusco. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, showers great, and breakfast good. It's an affordable, comfortable place to rest after hiking and sightseeing. I liked it enough to extend my stay. Other reviews mention noise, but I didn't have any disturbance or trouble sleeping. I'd definitely come back.

The staff were so kind and welcoming, and they coordinated all my tour company arrangements, including several early morning pickups. I stayed twice, and both rooms were spacious and clean, what you'd expect from a tourist hotel. The location is excellent, and the breakfast room has great views. Breakfast itself was pretty good. It's an older building, so the plumbing can be a little dodgy, there may be drafts, and you might hear some noise. My stay was part of a package, so I can't speak to the prices. I'd stay again, especially because of the lovely staff. 😀

We were here with a tour group and found it pretty good overall. The location is convenient for walking to different parts of Cusco. The rooms were clean, and service was prompt and attentive when needed. The toilet in our bathroom barely flushed, if at all.

The room smelled bad and was covered in mold, including the bathrooms and corners. It was also so loud at night. It looks like they painted over the mold instead of dealing with it. I wouldn't stay here again.
