We’ve stayed with our friends at Capuli Casa many times on trips to Cusco, and they’ve always greeted us warmly with tea. It’s a pleasure to come back. If you want somewhere rugged and without frills, this place fits.

The location makes it easy to get around on foot: San Pedro market is very close, and the historic center, Plaza de Armas, is nearby too. The house itself is lovely, with a kitchen and a big bed. It feels cozy and friendly. The people who live there are kind and keep things clean, though sometimes they repeat things more than once and can be a bit overattentive.
