The room was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we might need. Breakfast was amazing too. The hotel is very central and in a great location, and the staff were friendly and helpful with amazing service. We had a great stay, would absolutely return, and definitely recommend it.

We'd read plenty of reviews before our first trip to Cusco and sometimes reviews can exaggerate, but the praise for this place proved completely true. Casa Cruz Verde hotel is clean and centrally located for everything. The owners and staff gave excellent service. Other reviewers have already said all we can add, so we'll recommend it to family and friends and stay here again when we return to Cusco.

We loved the breakfast, and when we had an early trek or tour, we could ask for a breakfast bag to take along. That was a great touch. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel is very central, so some nights you might hear a little of the life outside, though it didn't bother us at all. My partner and I had a great stay. This has been my favorite place to stay in Peru so far, and I'd absolutely come back and recommend it.

Jose and his son run this family business. My girlfriend and I had to cancel our reservation at the last minute, and both of them were exceptionally professional and understanding. We really appreciated their hospitality and felt we were in good hands. The entrance was a little hard to find, but once you're checked in, the staff clearly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
